Lissa Blu is a Brighton-based producer, recording engineer and vocalist whose approach blends soulful songwriting, expressive vocals and contemporary production.
Having developed her craft within Brighton’s vibrant music scene, Lissa has built experience across recording, production and studio engineering. During her time at South Lanes Studios, she engineered sessions, collaborated with artists and contributed to the wider studio environment, working across singles, EPs, albums and sync projects. She continues her work as a freelance studio engineer, including at WaterBear the College of Music. While her experience spans a range of genres, she feels most at home within the worlds of R&B and Neo-Soul.
As both a vocalist and producer, Lissa specialises in vocal production and artist development. Drawing from her experience on both sides of the microphone, her collaborative approach helps artists capture authentic performances and bring their creative vision to life.
