Monroe

Monroe is a 23 year old producer, born in Hong Kong and developed in Brighton, who sticks out as one of the most distinctive voices in our line up.

Rooted in hip hop yet never confined by it, Monroe has carved out an iconic style which feels inventive and unmistakably his own, with shades of Plugnb, New Jazz and wider American hip hop influences.

His approach is distinctly bold, melodic, and character driven, all of which being traits that are prominently identifiable in his unique sampling style.

As a multi-media talent and BIMM ‘26 graduate, Monroe's skill set expands far and wide beyond music production, including mixing and mastering, as well as visual arts.
